Plan Changed? Here’s How to Reschedule Your Booking
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:
Cancellation must be made at least 6 hours before your booking starts.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the booking will not be eligible for rescheduling.
No Refunds.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling Policy:
If you cancel at least 6 hours before your booking, you may reschedule once within 7 days of the original booking.
How to Reschedule:
Contact us through our official contact channels (email, WhatsApp, or booking platform) to reschedule your booking.
By booking a pole, you agree to all the terms outlined above.
