Our Studio Guidelines and User Agreement
Welcome to Flex Pole Studio Dance! By making a booking slot pole, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Pole Booking
All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking platform. Walk-in attendance is not guaranteed.
Payment Policy
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. No bookings will be confirmed without payment.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please refer to our Cancel Policy for rescheduling terms.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is allowed once and must be within 7 days of the original booking. you need to contact our support center (WhatsApp or Email)
Late Arrival
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in denial of entry for safety reasons. No rescheduling or refunds will be provided in such cases.
Health and Safety
All participants must be in good health and participate at their own risk. Flex Pole Studio Dance is not liable for any injuries sustained during your session.
Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior in all communications and bookings is expected. Any inappropriate conduct may result in denied service without refund.
